Payments run through Stripe Connect. Stripe charges its fee to your account, and refunds and chargebacks come out of your balance. Card fees vary by country and card; Stripe’s own pricing page has the exact rate.

Do my clients pay anything to Tartaris?

No. Lifters use Tartaris free. They pay you for your plan, in the app.

What happens after the free month?

Your coach plan renews monthly. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing.

Why is the 5% separate from Stripe’s fee?

Stripe charges for moving the money; the 5% is Tartaris’s. Both come off each client payment, nothing else is billed.

When can I start selling plans?

Payments are being built now. Coach accounts, clients and the dashboard work today.
