Last updated: 27 September 2026
We respect copyright and respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting infringement
Send a notice to our designated agent at support@tartaris.app with:
- the work you say is being infringed;
- where it is in Tartaris (username and the post, comment or message);
- your name, address, phone and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We remove the content and tell the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake, send us a counter-notice with the content, where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your contact details, your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature. We may restore it in 10–14 business days unless the complainant starts a court case.
Repeat infringers
We delete the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
