Refund Policy

Coaching

• Cancel any time. Coaching stops renewing, and you keep access to your coach until the end of the period you've paid for.
• First payment: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment to a new coach and they haven't delivered a program or check-in yet, email us for a full refund.
• Coach didn't deliver: if a coach stops responding or doesn't provide what their plan promised, report it and we'll review it within 2 business days. We may refund the current period.
• Otherwise payments for time already started aren't refunded.

Coach subscription

Cancel any time from the coach billing page; it runs to the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

How

Email support@tartaris.app with your username and what happened. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
